Can anyone tell me if either the Stock Radio or the Upgraded HK radio support RDS (Radio Data Service)? RDS is the service the allows you to see the Artist and Title of a song from Radio Stations that support it.

It comes stock on both units. With the radio on, look at the readouts and on the second button in from the left, there should be RDS.

Slight correction.
RDS is not (necessarily) "the service the allows you to see the Artist and Title of a song" ... as you suggest it might for some radio stations.
The original intent was to name the station - but some radio stations "trick" the system by (presumably) transmitting a radio name which is created from the current playing music - clever but complicated I imagine. I think there is only a 7 or 8 character limit also ...

RDS can also provide data to the radio that allows it to follow the same station to different frequencies as you drive around - useful in England where BBC stations cover the whole country, but not likely very much used in USA.

I have a Blaupunkt Alaska in my old Capri, and it has RDS, but it has never shown song titles or artists. It will sometime display the station's call letters rather than the frequency, but thats about it. Maybe in the big city it does more....
