Engine is "Pulsing" in the Heat
So my engine is power pulsing in any weather above 80 degrees. When at any throttle position that isnt' WoT, it is very on/off which my wife notices.
Any ideas what this could be? I have a sinking feeling it could be a misfire.

We are having serious power issues with the car as well. It goes into a sort of limp mode with severely reduced power almost stalling out and then it will restore full power again then back into limp mode. The car was towed into the dealership today (2nd time) to have them look. I'd suggest you take yours in also - keep me looped in on what they find.

I had this problem back in the day with my old Defender 90. Turned out to be a bad crankshaft position sensor getting fouled by antifreeze leaking from the aluminum heads. These are different beasts though, so not sure what it could be.
I've noticed a little power-pulsing while cruising in-town speeds (only really drive in mid mode.. sport is too expensive). Haven't had the car too long yet, so I just kinda shrugged it off. I'll be paying closer attention to it now.
