F60 Exhaust

Hi, All.

Who's got an aftermarket exhaust on their F60? I have an S and I'm looking to add a bit more beefy sound. I don't want something super loud, just something beefy, deeper, and throaty. Let me know who's got what. Eager to hear about your experiences.

Thanks,
Joey

Don't have one but am interested as well for my JCW; the only system I've seen is from Remus.

I think it sounds pretty good!

What do you think?

Personally, I'd like someone to come out with a similar throaty sound to that but for $200 less. I don't think 5hp increase is worth 1k+ at all. I'd be doing it for the sound only and that's a lot of money for the sound. What do you think?

Yes it does sound good. I listened to another YouTube clip and the overrun popping was a bit too much! I'd like to see a simple axle-back option in the $300 range or so. Unfortunately that would be tedious because the exhaust pipe is welded to the muffler. So cat back is probably the best option ($800 is high).

Agreed. I think I'm going to pass on messing with the exhaust. I don't feel like it's a good route to go if you want bang for your buck. I would be changing it purely for sound and I'll just wait until someone comes out with some kind of o

Spend some time in the 'JCW Garage' section of this forum if you want to more exhaust info.

That overrun sounds ridiculous. I wish AWE would make an exhaust for the CM.

Yeah, if I put that on the Mini, i'd be sleeping in the Airstream tonight ! Pass.
Although, I will say that sound is a better fit on my Triumph. I had to open it up a bit. I couldn't hear when it was time to shift.
I guess its the helmet that helps when riding with me on the Triumph

Have a good one!
