Just checking in on what folks' experience is as far as replacing their radiator fans on their turbo'd Countrymans? I know from my recent work on my car that my fan has a square connector with 3 pins. I just ordered the fan "GPD 2811723" from RockAuto and when it showed up the connector looked suspicious so I checked it out and it's the rectangular on with only 2 pins. Are there turbo Countryman models out there with just the 2 pins? I'm in Canada and dealing with a return and re-order of a difference fan becy understanding is that the square connector with 3 pins is because the fan is a 2 speed fan and the other is more a single speed fan so I can't just splice the connector onto the new fan. Anyone have experience with this? Pics attached of the 2 connector styles.
