Given that you've changed the sensors and vanos control solenoids then my vote is with MReiland about the Vanos Sprocket. Idle and revving have no load but when you put driving load that sprocket that does the actual work of phasing the camshaft may not behave like it is supposed to...

We did change the vanos sporkets as well...
On live data it does show the cam advancing...

I created an account here especially for you, because for a few days I was struggling with a problem in the customer's car, i.e. Mini Countryman S from 2010 N18. We replaced the complete timing and oil pump drive with a new one. The Check engine kept popping up with an error with an incorrectly set timing and boost pressure. I changed the solenoids with places, etc. Nothing helped. It turned out that there is a leak in the tube for the turbo...
