Dash cam recommendations 2013 R60

I've put off getting a dash cam for way too long. What are the other Countrymen running?
I can't decide if the rear cam is worthwhile or not. I don't need a backup camera, and I'm not excited about the extra wiring since my hatch gets opened and closed a fair bit. And if someone hits me from behind, it's pretty obvious whose fault it is. But maybe some of you have found it useful.

Recommendations?

Thanks.

I had added one to an older car and I’ve been unable to find the same cam. It was a blue tooth cam where the signal was passed back from the cam to the supplied display which I kept on the dash. It’s at least nice having the rear bumper near objects warning.

I just purchased the Garmin 66W. I'll let you know how it works once it arrives.

Thanks all.

I went with the Garmin Mini 2 since it's tiny and hides nicely behind the rearview mirror. Seems to do the trick, and came with an extra mount so I can swap it into another vehicle without moving the original mount. The voice control is much better than I'd thought, and beats fiddling with switches or touching a screen.

Costco for the win on price at CAD$136, delivered.
