Engine replacement N18B16A to N18B16C

HI,
I have a possibility to buy N18B15C (JCW) engine with very low milage (20kkm) in good price. I have R60 Cooper S All4 190KM with 100kkm.
Is JCW engine drop in replacement for B16A?

I'll change intercooler to bigger one and already have sport cat.

I don’t know if this is true, but wanted to point out to make sure that you have a JCW clutch. The early R60s had the non JCW clutch that’s known to be too weak for the car. Even bmw started using the JCW clutch in the later R60s models. This is true for manual transmission I don’t know if it’s the same for automatics.

Hi
My car is automatic so the question is if there might be some difference or not?
