R60 2014 Countryman phone mic missing

2014 Countryman phone mic missing
I recently got a 2014 Countryman and when receiving phone calls I could here the person calling me but they could not here me. I took the cover off the overhead center console and noticed there was no mic inside. I'm guessing the previous owner installed an after market one then removed when they sold the car. Is there an after market one that will plug directly into the car or should I just get an OEM one?
