R60 Heater on high

Heater on high
Any suggestions on this problem, my heater seems to be working only when I switch it on HIGH, is this a known problem on countryman 2011.
Thanks for your help

It happened on my 2012 VW CC. There is a heater resistor and when it goes bad, only high speed works.
