R60 Fogged up fog lamps !

Fogged up fog lamps !
Could anybody help me by describing how to remove the lens ?
They are the chrome add on light in front of the grille , The front rotates a fraction but wont go any further .
I did read a post that said there is a screw in the base but i cannot see one.
