2016 Roof Rack rail and cargo basket... low profile??

So I've got a 2016 Countryman JCW All4 and I'm looking to add roof rack rails and a cargo basket to attach some slim lighting to the front, rear and maybe a hinged antenna for a radio but my problem is parking garage clearance.

I'm looking to see if anyone any recommendations on rails and a cargo basket that I could attach to the factory roof rack rails that would basically be the lowest profile possible and still leave room for the panoramic sunroof to open.

I was thinking about using something aftermarket and potentially trying to mount the cargo basket *under* the roof rack so it sits a little lower.

Anyone has any ideas and/or recommendations?

Went through this exact exercise a couple of years ago when I got my 2016 CM ALL4S.
I have the Thule Aeroblade Edge bars on my CM. Sunroofs work perfectly. I have had Thule Boxes attached and Sidearm XT bike racks. Again, Sunroofs work perfectly. The Aeroblade Edge bars are abour as low pro as you can get and not interfere with the sunroof. Good luck!

Not sure if any of those photos help. I cant guarantee you that your attachments to the Aero bars will work but I have no clearance issues with the bars, Thule Sidearm XT bike racks or Thule storage boxes. Good luck.
