I have a Harman/Kardon system in my 2014 R60, but how to run the test on the subwoofer which under the seats?
I can't hear any bass from there, I am wondering, do the subwoofer turn off when the car in lower speed or parking? or it is just not working? or the amp problem?
please let me know if you have the same Harman/Kardon in your R60.
Do you have it under warranty? The woofers are on once you turn the radio on. They dont turn off on there own.
If you have the schwaben tool you can test each speaker, otherwise they are on the same channel on the front , but you can test them by putting you hand on them and useing the balance from left to right also.
If you have a fail amp and out of warranty for some reason : 65129388960

Thanks for the information!!
I tried to put my hand and a thin layer of paper on each speaker, but only the subwoofer (under the seats) have no movement.
I still under warranty, I will bring it back to the dealer for checking.
Does many people order the amp from you? i just wondering, will it easy to break-down like mine.

Welcome.
The H/K amps dont fail that oftern on the Gen 2 MINI, it was mostly a Gen 1 MINI ( older MINIs ) problem.
You might just have a bad channel on the amp or something. Post up what the dealer finds . Thanks
