Have to take a moment and thank Craven Speed for not only manufacturing a wonderful shift ****, but providing excellent customer support. Had Mini dealer install, so concerned with removing oem ****. Problem was it was never seated correctly. With medium upward pressure the **** would detach. Finally took it all apart but could reinstall. Called their number, sent a few pictures, and with caring support, it is finally correctly seated. Cudos to Craven Speed!
