Im planning on purschasing a strut tower brace.

Is there any real benefits?
What will it do to the ride?

 

I installed an M7 Speed Countryman MONSTER Strut Tower Brace Kit. Part #: 60-5M7102...sourced from Glenn at PelicanParts.com.

My initial concerned was about strut tower mushrooming and I wanted some more reassurance that there will be stronger reinforcement after heavy impacts from the shocks and low aspect ratio of run flat tires. Added bonus for me was the improved handling...additionally able to drive harder and attack the twisties/corners with confidence...

What did it do for my ride?

We are having more fun driving the CM

If you are an aggressive driver probably a good thing. If you just a regular old driver most of these kinds of mods won't be noticed except as visual bling.
