DIY Brake replacement

Are there any good tutorials out there on how to replace the brake pads on a countryman?

Can't seem to find any :/

I always recommend people to practice on a shop car, or with an experienced supervisor first, before replacing brakes on their own car.

After you find a tutorial and finish, make sure to pump the brake pedal at half stroke until the pedal becomes firm, before moving the vehicle. This will graduate the pistons out until they make the pads contact the rotors. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS THE VEHICLE WILL NOT STOP ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT! Also remember to brake lightly for the first 20 or so stops, so the pads can seat into the rotors and make full contact. Torque hardware and wheels to specs so nothing comes loose.
