Is there something I can do? perhaps asks for the financial team to help in amending an existing contract? considering I am not knoweldgabble and just went along... I gathered everything from our verbal agreement. When I signed the contract I did not take time to throughly study it because I was rushing to get it mailed back and have someone notarize it since I was abroad.

if you took delivery it'll be rough if even possible they have no incentive to give themselves a worse deal, did they ever end up helping you?

I've been pricing buying vs leasing for high mileage usage, 20k per year, even with the .20 fee per mile it is still nearly breaking even. This assumes lease vs purchase and if I purchase I can sell the mini at a fair price and do not get in an accident or worse totaled, if either do not happen the lease ends up a way better deal sure does make leasing look nice no hassle trying to sell the car and I can flip the MSD forward to the next lease. I know often they waive overage mileage fees or part of the fee if you are going to lease another so that too stacks the deck towards leasing.

when you also factor cost per month it's drastically in the favor of lease obviously as your only having to pay for depreciation vs full value and then trying to sell it to buy another

you can buy miles for .16 per mile if you do so before the lease is over. Just before your lease ends you need to calculate how many you need to buy. if you wait until the end of the lease, it is .20
