Say Hello to the Black Pearl!
Last week I traded in my 2006 MINI Cooper for a new, (Model Year 2012), MINI Cooper S Countryman. Look in my Gallery to see a couple of pictures of my new ride! 
My MINI dealer discounted this car by $4,500 to move it off the lot, and I couldn't pass it up!
Obviously, the Black Pearl is not quite as much of a hoot to throw into the curves as my old Capt'n JAC was; but I'm still having tons of motoring fun.
Another benefit?, my wife is more comfortable driving The Pearl, as it is an automatic, not a manual like my previous MINI was.

Thanks for putting my Black Pearl pictures out on this thread. I forgot that some can't get into the Gallery without registering.
I'm really enjoying the ride, and esp. the tunes on the H/K sound system!
