Just saw one of these beauties the other day and had to do a double take - being so behind the times with the new colors, I thought it was a Hot Chocolate!

They look different every day. Some days I think she looks like a nice cab sav color and others just like a penny. You never can tell. I have people stop me in parking lots and ask me what color she is.
We've been working our way through the 50th Anniversary James Bond Blu-Ray set that I got my husband for Christmas. That's all 22 movies, plus a spot for #23, Skyfall, now that it's out on Blu-Ray. (I had only seen the newer ones with Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig before this.)
The name seemed to fit. Moneypenny is always there in the background, always reliable, but never flashy like the "Bond Girls".
Moneypenny is a great name. My friend suggested that to me when I was going to name mine Penny( but it's my friends dogs name). I was thinking about Sheila and now that someone asked me "oh is that S for Sheila". Sheila it is

Okay, compadres--has anyone had any clever ideas about custom graphics to complement the Brilliant Copper?
My love for my home state of Arizona greatly influenced my choice of copper, and I've wondered about doing something on that theme. No interest in a rooftop flag, especially on a CM, but what about stripes? I think I'd love to do some stripes in the AZ flag's red and yellow colors. Or maybe something with a star-and-rays patter on the A-panel?
Shining like a new penny, on a sunny German day! Congrats, IBAmyB.
Actually, the sun was starting to go down when I took this pic. It was a 3.5hr drive back from Ramstein/K-town when we picked her up, and this was taken when we came on post to check mail when we got home. It was a great sunny drive back on the Autobahn though, and I normally don't like driving long distances, especially by myself!

Boy does that bring back memories, we spent alot of time in Ramstein and Kaiserslautern 40 years ago when I was in the Army stationed at Miesau Army Depot. That was where I fell in love with my 1972 BMW 2002 that the MINI
reminded me of when it came out 2001!

My dad was stationed in Germany (mostly Butzbach) in the late '60s. He knows what I mean when I say K-Town. My mom has no clue.
