Ok, not every time, but enough to make it annoying:

I press voice command and go to make a call. I usually say "Choose Name" or "Received Calls" and dial that way.

I get this response from the woman "preparing voice operation for the list" and then it "hangs up" and goes back to whatever I was doing before.

Anyone anyone? Buehler???
