mine had stopped also just had to re-check the box on the screen to turn it back on

I would think it would of been part of the build...Easy enough to check….
Go to "settings" thumb down to software update and read the current version listed.
If it's reading Multimedia MX-003.005.004 & Telephone TX-003.005.004 that the latest.

My car was built in June and it did not have the current version. You can check your installed version under Settings.

I seem to remember that back when Connected was updated, the iPhone app would automatically update the firmware for the car, you didn't need to download anything else...

Not to hijack the thread but having trouble getting video to play. Had it happen once accidentally but can't seem to figure out how to get it to work again.

Any ideas where I can find the step by step directions.
It plays the audio and screen is just blank.
