Bluetooth Issue

So, I've had my CMS for over two weeks now, and I really am loving it!

One thing that I am having an issue with is this:

Normally when I want to make a call I push the button (looks like a face and speaker) and say 'telephone' then 'phone book'. Then the voice lady says please say a name, I say the name and she says would you like to call xxxx....and it works fine.

Often I go to make a call, follow the same exact steps as above, but after I say 'phone book' the lady says something like 'preparing the list for voice commands' and voice command just shuts off and the music comes back on?

What gives? Anyone?

Never tried "phone book" so I can't say I've experienced that glitch. Usually I say "dial name" >> Please say a name. >> I say "Jennifer" >> would you like to dial Jennifer? >> " Yes" >> Dialing number >> and I'm done. Always worked perfectly for me except when I test it by substituting words for "yes."

Why say telephone or phone book? Aren't they just added and unnecessary steps?
