Just got my CMSA4 today! Anyone know what this is?

I saw this in my boot in a plastic bag. I realize that the cradle is for a cell phone, but does anyone know what the heck the other pieces are? Anyone have a clue?

They are all rail accessories. The thin pieces are dividers that go in the rail. There is an active thread on this currently.
