No real tint outside of the UV coating. Definitely need an aftermarket tint in the South/Southwest.

This is similar to my manual A/C All4. Even when driving in 65 F ambient, vents are blowing closer to 80 F at coolest setting with A/C off. This is usually in stop&go traffic, not freeway speeds...those are much better. I think this is an important point most here have not reports...what speed & type of traffic are you in when having the issue.

The coldest the vents blow with A/C on once engine is warm and still in stop & go traffic is about 59-65 F...still at no more than 68 Ambient (Yes, that's the max we've been having here in Vancouver BC for the past months).

At my dealer for 1st service I got the standard "AC is fine...blowing 52 F" spiel (this was after only a 2-minute idle from cold start)...mechnic was called out to demonstrate to me how to use the recirc button...once he realized I knew a thing or two about cars & a/c systems, he started listening to my description...it's not necessarily an AC issue...more likely hot air getting past the heater vent flap even when set to lowest temp setting. Still, no solution offered other than "keep an eye on it and bring it back if not happy" ...ARRRGH! I was already at the not happy stage...
