R60 Ages of R60 owners?
Stats so far...
As of "gly's" post above, our average age is 42.887 and 73.23% of us are male, 26.77% female. (I'm sitting at home with the flu, which is why I'm reading @#$* car forums on Valentine's Day, even though my wife's home, too!).
[To save time if anyone updates this in the future: cumulative age to this point is 3045 from 52 males and 19 females, and I only counted the owner or poster if two people were listed for one car).

40 yr old, Female, first mini and I stalked it a few years ago as soon as I heard they were building an AWD. In fact I tried convincing a friend to wait and get one in 2011 when his car went... Little did I know one year later I'd be the first of us to get one!
32, Female
My second Mini just finished production yesterday!! (2012 Absolute Black CMS). Got my first one (2010 Pepper White Justa) a couple of months before they announced the Countryman and I knew instantly I would quickly be trading mine in for one!
My Boyfriend (36) is on his second Mini as well.
2004 Electric Blue MCS (had over 150k miles when traded in and hardly any problems!)
2011 Eclipse Grey MCS

There's a long-running thread collecting the ages of Mini drivers. There are quite a few teens and twenty-somethings!
I suspect that R60 owners trend somwhat older because a) there's less of a pre-owned market, so affordability will be more challenging; and b) the CM is a more practical vehicle.
Ok, I'm probably way above the median at 59, but what does our age profile look like?
(As the poll function isn't available...and please don't hijack this thread for that discussion... I suggest age and gender on the top line to make it easier to find).

me 37
wife 36
first mini (S All4)
there really is nothing quite this small on the outside and this big on the inside. I've had some 6'4" guys in the back seat behind me (I'm 6' tall) and no complaints.
Coming from a turbo miata, I'm actually pleasantly surprised by the S engine and sport suspension. I'd say the Countryman is almost as tossable as a miata. Almost. For something it's size for sure.
