R60 Unbelievable dealer story
Prestige is horrible and a bunch of scammers. I took my car in for a check up and a new serp belt. They tell me my car has oil leaks dripping from the underside. The service advisor came out to tell me it was my oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, and crank sensor seal. My car is in the garage on a clean floor and I have never had oil on the floor until returning from Prestige. My car had 3500 miles on oil change, so oil is black. The dripping oil after Prestige visit, clean and clear. How can that be?
So off I go to Morristown MINI. I did not tell them anything about Prestige and after they checked it over, my MINI came out with a clean bill of health, no oil drips. WTF.

All in all I have had a good experience at Prestige MINI. Like I said in an earlier post. I bought my car there. Have it serviced there. Have had MINI parts installed there and even had my car repaired there after an accident.
I have first hand knowledge of a few things that they did that were not on the up and up. Car dealerships in general have a bad reputation to begin with.
For the most part Prestige MINI is honest. Now having said that I would never buy another car from the prestige Group. I was raped by Prestige Toyota and had a bad buying experience at Prestige BMW.
My father recently bought 2 cars and traded one in at Prestige Toyota. He had a great experience. So you got to take all this with a grain of salt.
If something looks too good to be true then it usually is.
