Hey everyone! Ordered a base MINI Countryman yesterday. I'm a previous MINI owner ('04 Cooper) that went to a '07 VW GLI. The GLI is a great car, but I wanted something bigger. I had a choice to order a loaded Countryman or basically a stock Countryman S. I was happy with the peppyness of the Cooper, so I decided to go with that:

Manual
MINI Connected
Xenon
Sport Seats
Rear Spoiler
Fog Lamps
DTC

And a few other accessories. I'm pretty excited and the salesman told me it'd be 6-8 weeks before it would arrive. After I put a deposit down and filled out a few pages of paper work, I was on my way. Now after reading a few posts on this site, a lot of people are getting 'production numbers'? Was I supposed to get one of these?

I ordered mine this past Friday and I left with my prod #. Checked the mini website last nite and all my info was right. You might call your MA tomorrow and check on it.

Where did you get the red stripes? I am looking for silver for my cosmic blue CM4

 

The red stripes are part of a JCW package along with the red mirror caps and air intakes. I'm just ordering them 'ala carte'. I really struggled between red or black striping/accents finally settling on the red. I also went with the red color line inside to tie in the stripes. I haven't seen one yet other than pictures, so I hope it looks good in person!
