I hope I receive some update soon. We ordered it on 9/15 and I'm hoping to at least get a production number by this weekend.

My camera is a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi (10.1 MP). The lens is a 75-300 from the eighties, but it's almost identical to the Canon 75-300 that you can get new for about $200. Nothing fancy. Shutter: 1/200, f/5.6, 75mm, ISO 100.

It's a few minutes before sunset, and the sun is to the left and back just a little. That's where the warm, pink hues are coming from.

I feel the same way! 6 days of waiting and I'm already going crazy. How am I going to wait another 7 weeks!?!

I was bad at waiting. I realize that my frustration with the lack of contact by my MA bled out in the thread pretty bad. He's a great guy that I totally wanted to buy a car from. I think the problems were more with production delays from MINI than anything that was my MA's fault.

I'm glad you found the blog. At least you can live vicariously through a different TB R60 while you wait for yours. I think I would have died with the stress from waiting.

 

Here is my TB after we had tints added. On Tippy's recommendation I will get some new pics this weekend. Darn rain has made the wheels dirty.

 

Very nice! I love the variation in TB depending on light. In some pics, my car looks buttery smooth in the curves, and in others, the blue is really rich.

Hey guys we have our own thread sweet. TB all4s in Indiana. There are a few pics. Me mini has had some problems been in the shop about 3x with the same prob loseing power and misfiring, got that fixed but still feels like I'm loseing power but they can't find anything but i love it.

I ordered my true blue with black top and sport stripes toward the end of October. I was divided between white or black top (truthfully I like them both), and eventually went with the black top after seeing another customer's new car on the dealer lot (photos of same attached). I've yet to see one in person with a white top, but the photos sure look good.

I’m surprised there aren’t more true blue CM around since it is a fun color fitting for the car. My mini has a few more days at sea, and is expected to reach the port in NY (NJ) next week, and in turn should arrive at the dealer on LI around Christmas.

So, the wife and I were navigating on foot through a shopping center parking lot. My attention was drawn to a true blue Countryman S. I innocently asked, "Do you like that color?" She responded, "It makes me want to puke. " "Yuck."

I guess I'll be remaining with absolute black for my next one.

 

So, she's got you and she rides shotgun in a black CM. I don't see any demonstration that we should trust her taste.
