Well I didn't get it yet. There was a problem with the title to my trade-in on day of delivery so have to wait a few days while I get a new title, but snapped a few shots while I was there!!!

You must be dying sn0wcrash, but at least you saw it. Looks amazing! How much did the aero kit set you back?

Looked up your pics--nice looking CM, though I couldn't really make out the roof. What made you go non-S (my CM on order is too) and are you content with the power it has?

Two more questions--what do you have for tire now (I noticed the non runflats in your signature) and did you buy a spare? Has the ride/handling greatly improved?

Did you get the MINI rack or is it a Thule/Yakima? I have a Thule rack for my current car (for bikes), but would need a set of new CM-specific foot packs.

Thanks!!! Yes totally excited yet bummed u went in to pick it up and had to leave it behind ugh!

Not sure exactly but once I get it back w/the bill of sale I'll let ya know. He said that the only one that comes pre-painted was white so I didn't have to pay for paint. Might have been a line but who knows.

Power has been fine to date. I use the Sport Button occasionally. The only issue i've had with "not enough" power was last year when we drove to MITM with 3 adults.....other than that, it's a non issue here in "Flat" Texas....my roof is black with opposite color stripes than on boot/bonnet.
The run flats came off within the frist month, completely different ride! I cary a can of slime and a kit that came with it that is TPMS compatible. Have Triple A as well......
My Roof Rack is MINI made and purchased from my local MINI dealer.

Well, I learn something new every day here. They actually offer the non S in AWD, yet it has the S grille? Or do I see an S in the rear view photo? If you can indeed get AWD in a non S, I had no idea!

I don't t think All4 comes in a non S version as the non turbo motor doesn't have sufficient oomph to power the heavier vehicle/hungry drivetrain. At least not here in the US unless that's changed for FY13.

Love the colors! I'll keep an eye out for that license plate whenever I get down to Boston

Just playin'

Messing around with my "new" wheels/tires today to make sure I like them enough to have them powder coated and try to find new center caps. Thought I should post a pic in this thread.

Ok jealous!! How did you get your lights to shine through those little holes surrounding your HID's? I have HID's but those holes are filled with black plastic!!

No idea how?? I just turned the lights on and snapped a photo with my iPhone, and that's how they were. Tomorrow I finally pick it up!!!!! Hopefully. It's killing me. I got to sit in it for a bit Friday and have been climbing the walls ever since.

But as far as the lights go I ordered the blacked out xenon with white turn signal lights so that's all I know. I assumed they all looked like that. Pics do it no justice at all. After seeing and obsessing over colors/stripes/blacked out or not I was really worried about the final outcome. Even now looking at the pics I took it does it no justice at all. So happy with how it looks in person.

I'm almost ready to post a a new and improved pic of my new LW CM...I'm just waiting on new side scuttles which the dealer said should be in tomorrow

I was gonna put them on myself I saw on another thread that someone did it themselves on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate the difficulty of that?

I'm tempted to just ask the dealer to do it for me as a courtesy. I had to go back there today because whoever they subcontracted my pdc sensors install to didn't hook up my driver side tail lights. My mom was driving my car and got pulled over and the cop told her.

Finally got my tint and stripes done. I wanted to go for the JCW Sport stripes, but got shot down by my husband haha. Now it is time to black out all of the chrome.

Thanks. I was going to take it off when not in use, but left it for that very same reason. I think the bonnet stripes look a little more cute then I really wanted, but the side stripes and roof rack help a little

Part of the reason I removed mine. Is that a stock MINI rack?

I wanted red stripes like sn0wcrash, but my husband and mom talked me out of it. I might change them eventually as I went with the bonnet stripes because the dealer made them part of the deal.

I have the MINI crossbars with Yakima Frontloader bike racks.

It is supposed to be 35% all around including on the sunroof. I say supposed to be because the dealership sent it to a shop to be done as part of our deal so I can only go by what I was told it is was going to be.
