Reading Lamps

I have a 2011 CMS All4 with just over 3,000 miles on it. Went out to the garage one evening and noticed my "reading lamps" were on. Must of been on for some time as the covers were very hot. Didn't think much about it until it happened again tonight. Anyone else have this happen?

A few times early on. Hasn't happened recently. At first I tried to figure out how I left them on and then decided Misty wanted to read while I slept and turned them on herself.

Thanks for the reply - I tried a thread search before my post but nothing came up - anyway after reading your post I do believe it has a connection to the back hatch. I do remember trying to open it - it was locked, so I unlocked with the toggle inside. That must be the mystery sequence. Thanks
