Why no "how to" posts?

I have been a member of a lot of forums over the years and this is the first one that I have been on that does not have people posting "how to" posts. I have seen plenty of "look what I've done" (home made flat load floors, driving lights, and high beam flash to activate garage door) but no one tells how they do it. I know it is a little more time consuming, but I think our CM community will benefit from it over the long haul.

There are copious 'how-to' threads on this site. The lack of them in the CM section is primarily a product of the newness of the model. As time goes on, more threads of this type will pop up.

If there is ever a 'how-to' thread that many people find useful, please either report it with the triangle at the upper right of a response or PM a moderator and request that the thread be stickied for readier access.

I think we don't have enough gearheads who actually own a Countryman yet, and the gearheads we do have haven't owned theirs long enough to really muck about with them. I'm sure it'll come with time.

Though I do second the request for the folks who really know what they're doing to post how-tos if they have the time.
