Question about owners lounge description vs my order.

This might be a very common thing but thought I would ask. When I plugged in our production number to register for the Owners Lounge the description of the car including color was different than what I ordered. I'm assuming the dealer just modified a slot they had for production and the description will change to be correct soon.....is that what usually happens and is this common?

Yes. It is still pulling up the information on the car before it was modified.
I tell my customers to wait several days before going on the Owners Lounge so it has time to change. Be sure to get a printout of all the specifications from your Motoring Advisor and double check to be sure everything is correct.

Yep. Happened to me and many others, May take 1-2 days to show correct color and options. No worries.

Thanks for the info guys. I did get a detailed spec sheet from my MA and reviewed it in detail before we gave the go ahead so I'm hoping we will be good.

I just got my production number yesterday and my MA said the same thing about the descriptions not matching and not to worry.

The only problem is that I can't even log into the owner's lounge as the production number my MA provided to me yesterday does not show up on their database. Any ideas or should I wait a couple of days?

Mine was the same. My description took two days to update from my order, and then I also added the anthracite headliner a couple days ago, and it updated last night. Now I wish my car would move into production! It was supposed to start being built 1/3.
