Hi from CA

Hi!

Newbie here saying hi and introducing my MINI! Just purchased an 06' brand new off of the lot. Got a pretty good deal since it was an 06. I love it. It is Silver with a black top. It has the premium package, cold weather package, HK stereo and black/grey leatherette interior. I'm working on getting wheels/intake/exhaust, but it might take me a bit! I've always wanted a Mini and now i finally got one! Woooohoo. You will probably mostly see me in the marketplace looking for parts This is a great site/forum.

Casey

Welcome to NAM, Casey. My club will be visiting your area the first weekend in June. So when you see 30 or so MINIs motoring around, be sure to give us a wave!

Awesome! Where are you guys headed?

Also on a sidenote i'm looking for some S-Lites with tires somewhere close to me. Anyone that knows of somebody selling some in CA would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Casey

Clean is overrated. Your MINI looks nice.

Thanks! The windows are getting tinted as we speak! Also can't wait to put some s-lites on it. Will make a huge change in appearance. So am i a dork if i still have the front plate holder on the front of my mini? Is that the first thing you should do when you get your mini? Take it off? LoL. If so i will take it off when i get home. Waiting for my plates anyways: "CBZ MINI" What do you think?

If you already have the front plate holder, than you already have the holes. Go ahead and be legal and put the vanity plate you're paying for on the front.

Thanks MLWagner.

So the holes underneath would look funny eh? ok. Thanks for the input. It's not that big a deal that i put a plate on the front but if it will look funny with the holes and there is no way to cover them up, then i will just leave it.
