Look on the Member List (the link is on the upper left side of the screen, below FAQS and Calendar). Click on the letter M and then find the page with MSFITOY (you might be better off starting with N and going back a few pages...there are LOTS of IDs starting with Mini). Once you find the name, click on it. One of the options will be to send him a Private message or email.
