Congrats on the new ride.
You are correct they all come through Charleston... I have a client that lives in a high rise by the port and everytime I go by there I see a parking lot full o' MINI's..... and BMW's too....

Vics44: congrats on the JCW! Hopefully we'll pass by on the backroads of north Florida! This past weekend we took the backroads up to Amelia Island, and this weekend we are heading the opposite way down A1A to St. Augustine and beyond. Take care & enjoy!

Nice car! the beach looks just like where I live, but the Atlantic ocean here is currently 45 degrees

One question : you stated this is a 2007 , but I was under the impression that the new cars with turbos were coming in with mesh grills, not as pictured ???????is this a 2006 spec car or is the old style grill still an option?

Nice car and great pics! Your MA is a bit off on his information. There is a little port up here in NJ where at least the NE vehicles are dropped off (my Emma came through there and I tracked her obsessively). I'm sure the southern half of the east coast is serviced out of Charleston. Enjoy your new baby!

holdenontoit: it is a 2007 S conv. The hardtops for 2007 are the ones that have the new design & engines, the 07 convertibles are basically the same as the 06 conv outside of a few features. Hope this helps.

07PepperS: the launch of the new 07 MINIs you speak of is for hardtops. The 07 convertible designs remain the same from the 06 model (supercharger in the S, etc.) and are not part of the new design launch. Just check out miniusa.com to see.
