I wanted to say hello to my fellow mini lovers. I have loved the Mini ever since I went to England in 1984 and I told my wife one day I was going to have one of those cars. I have followed the mini since its new beginning and have tossed back and forth about getting a new one or a restored one. I decided to get the 06 before the 07 hits and I got in on the deadline my car should be here Saturday at the dealership It is an 06 MCS Chili Red with all the packages except the Works Package. I had to draw the line somewhere and have hopes of doing some additional work in the future.

The new ride sounds great! Congratulations on the MCS. Like you, I prefer the old model to the new (no offense to any potential '07 owners out there...just my preference!). I'll take my MCS with a supercharger, thank you!

You made a great choice...and again, like you, I'm hoping to put a JCW kit in at a date in the (hopefully) near future.
