tell us a little more about the car: is it new? did you buy it used and if so what is the mileage? sounds like a battery issue which can be as simple as a bad terminal connection to a bad battery. If new,you are entitled to a roadside assisted tow to the dealer. give us some more details.
well i thought it was the battery but i had it on a charger all mornig it has 58,000 miles i bought it used its a 02 model the charger shows a full charge and is pulling plenty of amps.

A lot of times a "clicking" will indicate a bad starter. Usually the starter is trying to fire out the solenoid but the solenoid isn't connecting with the fly wheel. But without hearing it for myself that is only a guess...

It might need a new battery. The '02 and '03 models have been experiencing battery failures due to age. A short in the battery would prevent starting, charging, and possibly even jumping.
