Just picked up the MINI.... Finally

Well, after a week of staring at my MINI as I drove by the dealership almost everyday, we were able to finally finish all the paperwork and I was able to drive him away! The guys at MINI of Peabody were excellent, they really do a great job of creating a comfortable environment for their clients.

I, of course, then found the long way to each destination I went to yesterday and will probably do the same today.

I'll post pic's soon, but it was pouring out yesterday so I wasn't able to yet.

Nice! Ain't it great to have your baby in your own driveway? If you have the urge to just stand and stare at it for hours, well that's perfectly normal. So is wanting to sleep in the garage. Happy motoring!!!

Yea, this is my first new car so I had all sorts of emotions and anxieties running through me waiting for the day... Im going from a '92 Toyota Camry (which definitely served its purpose for its duration) to the MCS. It feels so much different whipping around the highway getting into tight spots you wouldnt dare try to fit into in another car. Though Im not driving him too hard before the break-in period, but the great thing is, you don't even have to push the limits on these guys to have fun zipping around!
