This is my first post, and I am trying to find out how to put pictures on my signature? I've found where you add pics to ur sig, i just dont seem to be doing it right. P.S im getting of my comp. Any suggestions?

 

You need to either point to the pics from your website or upload the pic to your gallery. Then use the letter yellow box on top of the sig block and enter the URL

 

Yes, you need to upload the pic first to a image hosting site. I like www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com. Once you upload the image on one of those websites, highlight the whole [IMG] line, copy that, then go into your sig and post that link. It should come up something like:

http://img95.imageshack.us/img95/2856/img01345zu8wr.jpg with a [IMG] in front and [/IMG] at the end of .jpg. The only reason I didn't put the [/IMG] where it was suppose to be was because it then will show the image.

Check this FAQ on the use of the NAM gallery (where you can upload your pictures to) and inserting them into your signature block.

Keep in mind that the total image size allowed for the signature block is not to exceed 500 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall.

Don't worry Gator, you're doing better than I. It was three years before I had the pictures thing figured out and even at that, as you can see, my sig is pretty darn plain. Keep asking questions...you'll help yourself, and probably a few folks like me, too.
