I am considering a brand new 2006 MCS and am trying to decide on the package. I have made my mind up on everything except whether or not to get the JCW... Is the 6300 dollars really worth the performance and warranty? This is the only decision I have before ordering if I do decide to buy one.
so my prices for the MSC with the JCW is 28,200 (other options as well) and for what I want without the JCW is well.. 6300 cheaper

So I guess Im asking is the kit worth it... Ill do a search, but Im a noob to this forum.

These are tough questions that you ask. For me the JCW package is very nice, but pretty darned pricey for my budget. The warranty that comes with it is a big plus in my book. I decided that for me the MCS was fast enough as it comes from the factory. To me it seems to be a very balanced package. I don't miss the JCW kit. Good luck with your decision.

 

Wowee - that IS a tough question only you can answer - based on your finances. I know that people who have the JCW are happy campers but so are the MCS and MC owners... It do think it's a bit pricey myself but that's just my 2 cents. Just know you'll be happy with whatever MINI you decide on...
