Need a good tuner shop in Milwaukee

Just bought a late 2003 MCS, Indy Blue with center white stripe and door decals, added UJ mirror caps ....... she looks the dogs do da's. (british expression)

Two weeks into the relationship I found out she has had enhancments. Turns out that a ProMini 15% pulley was fitted at some point and upgraded plugs. Apparently the pulley is driven by a factory JCW belt.

Problem is the belt squeaks when she's cold. Not a screach like it's slipping or anything, just an anoying squeak, squeak with each rev. Took it to the dealer (International Mini in Milwaukee) and he said nothing he could do becuase of the non standard pulley ...... execpt he'd fit a stock one for $1800, and that would fix my squeak ..... yea right

So I need a recomendation of good mechanic or tuner shop in the Milwaukee area that can take a look at my belt and figure out what's going on.

Anybody got any ideas

Thanks, BigCat

bigcat,

Welcome to NAM I have an 03 MCS with a 15% pulley and a stock belt. No problem here but then maybe I just keep the revs up so high I can't hear it, or it could be the stereo.
