I checked in the owners lounge to track my mini and it says on order. So i emailed my MA to see if it was possible to change the color of my car. She emails me back saying that the car is in production.


What gives?

Yeah the online Owners Info is usually many days behind reality.

 

I ordered a mcs hyper blue black with lsd and xenons. Wanted to keep the weight down as much as possible to be as competative in my Autox class as possible. I havent seen the hyper blue as modified as other colors ive seen which i like. In a panic move I contacted my MA to see if she could change to ds/b. Id love to see some pics of hyperblue with aftermarket wheels or the aero kit if anyone has any

I don't think that's true.... "Scheduled for Production" means just that... it is scheduled. For me the Owners Lounge has been right on. When my dealer gave me the "build date" the info at mini indicated that it was waiting for shipping the day after it the date he gave me. Also has been right on for the "On the way to the Distribution Center". .... I know it's hard waiting.
