long time lurker but first time poster. I’ve purchased an 04 MCS about 2 years ago and since then i have worked through every Mini Cooper issue there is. From new suspension bushings, to fixing oil leaks.

This car started life as an automatic, when I purchased it she had the midlands 5 speed. My latest work is getting the proper 6 speed getrag into it.

I’ve spent hours lurking on this forum to find the answers to all of my questions. So really I owe you all a big thanks for all your help.

I requested my MCS on 05/18/04, told I have a potential June creation and ought to see it in July/Aug. Alright, so I needed to pay a piece over MSRP, the main vendor in the space that is selling them for genuine MSRP is 10 to a year booked. I CAN NOT/Won't stand by that long. My truck would consume more than the increase in gas over that timeframe. DS/B MCS JCW:prem Pack, Game Pack, R-90's, HK, Aux Measures and Driving Lights. I'm making the spouse insane pausing and discussing this vehicle, 4 days down, conceivably upto 86 to go...gonna be a long summer.
