Mini Cooper 2005 S R53 check engine and EML light on

Yesterday, April 13, I changed the supercharged pulley to a 15% one with its respective band with the 2% crank, as anyone gets excited and accelerates fully to feel the power of the pulley and the car, that It was my case that today I ran it as if I were in a race and the check engine and the EML light appeared, I was surprised since it had never turn on, I turned the car on and off several times and it disappeared, but this time I was normal driving and It turned on again, I repeated the same thing about turning the car off and on and the light went out, and I started driving again and it turned on again. And I checked the car and it doesn't sound anything bad from the engine.

What could be happening?

First step: You need to zip over to Autozone or O'Reilly's and have them pull the OBD codes for you (if you don't have a reader). That will give you a start.
