Is it possible my r56 has 6 pt spark plugs?

Sure looks like it and 14 pt 14mm thin wall socket not attaching to spark plug. Thoughts? Thanks...

yeah...i bought a set few years back. not sure how they perform though because my engine decided to commit suicide :(

Most likely the plugs have been changed
in a 2010 r56 S with 107K.
Anything could be in there.
If it got in, it can come out with the right socket.
Some Bosch and Denso plugs for an R56 are 6-point.

any idea what size the socket would be I don't think it's a 14 could it be a 15 or an SAE size?

I believe it’s 5/8”.
A 16mm thin wall 6-point spark plug socket would probably also work.
