Hi everyone....just wanted to introduce myself. I bought this convertible 08 R52 JCW 6 spd manual (40Kmiles) about 6 months ago. Blown head gasket and wouldn't crank over. I've since fixed that issue (first time for me) and more importantly found the coolant cap to be the culprit. Been going through the car and making it right. Never owned a Mini before...I'm hooked. It's a blast to drive. Gets the wife seal of approval too. Win -win! I'll post more pictures and tell the story to date if there's interest. Great forum...glad to share if it helps anyone.
