P2188 code...replaced both up and down stream 02 sensors..also new MAF..still get the same P code. Lean on bank 1.Additionally been have issues with my knock down.have not changed the way I drive never had issues for ,5 years..all of a sudden.

 

Quite often the intake tube, that connects to the turbo, will get hard and crack. Then it will get a lean condition and throw codes, until you replace it.
