I'm new in town. I just bought a 2010 Chili Red MCS as my first Mini. 66k miles. I'm the 3rd owner. The Carfax and the stack of receipts the 2nd owner gave me indicate that it was well taken care of, which I'm pretty excited about.
The only thing I'm currently planning on upgrading is the stereo, because it's just got the base one, and it sounds like a tiger is attacking an old lady while underwater.
It already has: OS Giken GT clutch, H&R RSS clubsport coilovers, Akrapovic catted downpipe, Manic stage 1, Invidia turboback exhaust, AEM tower brace, K&N intake, Wagner FMIC. It came with some black and red Braum seats but I don't like that they don't have airbags, so I'll leave the stock ones in.
I actually bought it from a NAM member (though he only posted once, just to list the car). Seemed like he really cared about it, just had too many cars.
Taking it to Helix Motorsports tomorrow to get checked out, running a little rougher than I think is proper.
