Hello. New guy here. New to NAM and new to MINIs! Picked up an '05 S almost three weeks ago. The love affair has begun! I'm coming from the Jeep world, so this is quite a departure from my norm for the last decade. No, I did not get rid of the Jeep, its just moving to weekend warrior duty.

You did the right thing. So, don't deny the MINI some weekend warrioring. The everlasting hills of Oklahoma have a lot to offer to some spirited motoring. Also, not far away from you in October is MITO held at Eureka Springs. They've organized a bit over 20 day trips thru some fabulous byways. http://ozarkmini.com/
