Hello everyone, looking forward in learning more about these cars and enjoying each drive.
Bought 2 ('17 Clubman and '18 4-door) at Alexander Mini in Los Angeles CA, this dealership is very easy to deal with, I highly recommend this place, ask for Collin.

You bought 2 MINIs the same day and have not owned them in the past? There has got to be a great story that we would love to hear if you are willing to share. (If there is any reason that you would rather not share the specifics, I understand, feel free to make up a story but in that case make it a good one.)

miniCPA - we actually did not buy them on the same day... We initially had an '09, no issues with the car, but we wished it had a little more space. It was my wife's daily driver for a few years until we got a sedan in 2013.
We contemplated getting another Mini for a few years knowing there are roomier versions, but did not do it until last October. Called around several dealerships and nobody could beat the deal we got at Alexander Mini.
We like the extra space, and though the car is bigger/heavier, we prefer the handling than the '09. Only thing, my wife is a little bothered by the split window every time she looks at the rear view mirror.
When I decided to replace my daily driver a couple of weeks ago, I told her I'll have the Clubman and we can buy another Mini without the rear split window. That's when we went back at the same dealership and got the 4-door.
