Hello From Spanaway Wa,

wife and I bought a 2006 mini cooper s yesterday, Loving it so far.
Its has the 6 speed auto, not our fist choice but I have bad shoulders and back so shifting is something that causes me more pain.

its the silver metallic? has just about 73k miles.

other than that I don't know to much about it yet, just kinda figuring it out.

If there is anything I should know about the car please let me know,
any issues or suggestions to improve life of the vehicle would be greatly appreciated.

So what an R83 or is that just the style? and what about is rare? what year did these wheels come from?

They aren't rare just never came on the S. They were Cooper Non S wheel only.

Those seats look nice too. Didn't know they made R53's with piping like that. Wasn't that something that came on the checkmate?
